This depends on the type of appointment that you have but, in short, dress comfortably. You may bring a change of clothes if you wish. We also have shorts and gowns available that we may ask you to change into.

Yes, we do treat work-related injuries. We also work along with your employer, other healthcare providers, and The Worker’s Compensation Board of Nova Scotia (WCB) to help ensure a safe and successful return to work.

Yes, if your insurance provider has a direct billing option, we are able to bill them directly. Our staff are knowledgeable and have an idea what insurance plans that they are able to direct bill, but we recommend that you contact your own insurance provider to confirm.

The number of treatments that you will require is very dependent on your type of injury or condition. Once you have an initial appointment with a Physiotherapist, a treatment plan can be determined.
